    JOB SUMMARY

    Person Specification /Qualifications / RequirementsB.Sc in Project Management or Engineering Background.1-2 years' experience in project management or similar roleUnmatched interpersonal and presentation skillsResilience and persistenceBasic knowledge of Project Management tools and softwareBasic Knowledge in MS Office tools and IT skillsGreat multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.Experience with marketing campaigns on social mediaPassion for learning & curiosity.Agile with good communication skills

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Represent the company and promote its imageGuarantee compliance with Compliance rules in its activities regarding business practicesRespect the Group strategy, rules and policies.Support the project lead in coordinating project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.Assist the project lead in managing Requests for Quotation (RFQ) processes.Identify potential project opportunities through market research and client interactions.Collaborate with team members to gather and analyse project data and information.Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project executionParticipate in meetings, both internal and external, to provide technical input and supportStay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices relevant to the electrical sectorPerform other duties as assigned to support the projects and sales objectives.
