Provide daily operations and systems support to all on-site and off-site personnel
• Manage access to unauthorized sites, downloads and users on the network

• Configure QOS for optimal user experience and bandwidth usage.

• Ensured proper planning, configuration and commissioning of new remote sites in line with the company’s NOC configuration and commissioning procedures.
• Conduct first and second level troubleshooting during technical faults

• Installation, configuration and optimization of p2p and point-to-multipoint radio links (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti) on masts and towers.
• Installation and configuration of cisco switches and routers for distribution and access network
• Installation and configuration of Mikrotik: Routers, Switches, QRT radios, Sextant-G and Access points.
• Splicing of Fibre Optic cable for LAN/WAN connectivity.
• Project managed all Fibre Optic Cable Installation/Splicing activities
• Train external candidates (e.g Internet Solutions, Zeta web, Tizeti Networks) and Internal staff for Mikrotik Ceritification Exams (MTCNA, MTCRE, CCNA)
