I have been responsible for accounting, ordering stock and office supplies, maintaining records, creating and updating inventories, organisation of meetings & minutes, scheduling appointments and greeting customers at the door. My experience coupled with my education and qualifications, which include a bachelor of political science and a role as an administrative staff in a production firm has set me up as the perfect candidate for this fantastic opportunity.
During my time as an assistant manager at ZacMeg ventures, i utilized many of these skills and also had the opportunity to work closely with the sales and marketing team. One of my duties was creating and maintaining systems and processes, which aided smooth work activities as we were undergoing restructuring of our sales and marketing strategy. I was excited to be part of the 30% remarkable growth we experienced and also the opening of a new bottled water brand as a result of the effective work operations we invested.
