    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    Speedaf was established in 2019. We are a joint-venture company invested by Chinese leading express enterprises. Since founded, we continuously expand global network, develop and optimize products, improve customer experience, and introduce IT technologies and equipment to realize automatic operations.
    Currently, we are building an intra-Africa and China-Africa service network to support air, sea and road transportation with the aim to be the leading diversified integrated logistics solution provider between China and Africa. By doing so, it will reduce end-to-end logistics costs between China and Africa while providing a stable and recognized logistics services to our customers.
    Speedaf is localization-oriented, and we believe in creating both opportunities and possibilities of every region we operate in. We work with local teams and understand needs of customers. We offer a variety of products and value added service to cover different commercial or personal scenarios for our customers.

    JOB SUMMARY

    RequirementsA Bachelor's DegreeA mininum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role with major experience in account receivablesProficiency in accounting software such as SAP.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Prepare daily and weekly collection and sending of sales reports(Monthly Customers).Prepare weekly and monthly debtors' list and schedules(Monthly Customers).Research and resolve payment discrepancies and customers' queries.Collection and posting of WHT credit notes and WHT receipted.Regular follow up of outstanding WHT credit notes.Creation and maintaining of Customers GL on SAP.Ensuring up-to-date accounts receivable ledgers and journals.Collating data and preparing of invoices.Generating of receivable's waybills and reconciliation of weights, freight and volumes of businesses transacted.Preparation of revenue analysis on the services provided by the company.Do a good job of monthly customer payment registration every day, do a good job of reconciliation with the bank every month, and close the accounts in coordination with the general ledger every month;Daily confirmation of monthly customers payment.Posting of all monthly customers to SAP on daily basesPosting of all customers invoice to SAP on daily bases
