    Description

    The Role

    • The HRBP as a part of the Eden HR team will be responsible for HR-related systems and processes.
    • The core goal of this role is to understand gaps and opportunities around Homemade's Human Resource approach in relation to Onboarding, Performance Management, Policy Implementation, Shift/Staffing Management, Culture + Engagement, and Payroll Administration; and design and execute strategies that take advantage of these opportunities or close gaps.
    • *This is a hybrid role in Lagos.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in any course.
    • 3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced multicultural environment. Preferably within the hospitality industry.
    • HR certification; PHR/SHRM-CP/CIPM
    • Knowledge and experience in policy development, L&D, performance management, payroll administration, change management, and culture management.
    • Strong analytical skills, proficient with spreadsheets and numbers.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into HR strategies and actions.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
    • The ability to think in systems and methods.
