- Assist in driving the overall revenue and sales for the company
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales operations inquiries, requests, and issues
- Monitor Sales Cycles, Payments, and LPOS
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, pricing, and promotions
- Generate reports on sales data, activity, and performance metrics Monitor and update the sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales incentive programs
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for sales team members
- Manage the sales team's calendar and schedule appointments and route plans
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals
- Handle customer service inquiries and escalated issues
- Accept sales orders and send invoices
- Update the CRM system with customer information
- Train new sales team members on company policies and procedures
- Track long term sales data and report
- Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams
- Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management
- Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator/Operations
- Accounting skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
