    JOB TITLE/


    POSITION:

    SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

    LOCATION:
    IKORODU, LAGOS

    The Sales Operations Coordinator is required to help keep our sales department running smoothly. This is primarily an administrative position, so you need strong organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for scheduling our sales representatives, reconciling invoices, and accepting sales orders. Computer proficiency is essential, especially with customer relationship management (CRM) and office programs like Microsoft Outlook. While you are not ultimately responsible for sales performance, this position plays a crucial role in customer sales growth.


    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in driving the overall revenue and sales for the company
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales operations inquiries, requests, and issues
    • Monitor Sales Cycles, Payments, and LPOS
    • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, pricing, and promotions
    • Generate reports on sales data, activity, and performance metrics Monitor and update the sales pipeline and forecast in Salesforce
    • Assist with the development and implementation of sales incentive programs
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for sales team members
    • Manage the sales team's calendar and schedule appointments and route plans
    • Prepare sales presentations and proposals
    • Handle customer service inquiries and escalated issues
    • Accept sales orders and send invoices
    • Update the CRM system with customer information
    • Train new sales team members on company policies and procedures
    • Track long term sales data and report
    • Implement new technologies as needed to support marketing and sales teams
    • Serve as a liaison between teams and upper management

    REQUIREMENT:

    • Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator/Operations
    • Accounting skills
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
    • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
    • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
    • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field

    SALARY:
