Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Assist tenants with rental inquiries, unit selection, lease agreements, and move-in/out procedures.
Resolve tenant issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, escalating to the Store Manager as needed.

Conduct facility tours for potential tenants, highlighting features, security measures, and rental options.


Facility Management:
Assist in overseeing facility maintenance, including cleanliness, landscaping, and repairs.
Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety, security, and cleanliness standards.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair work as needed.

Administrative Tasks:
Assist in maintaining accurate records of tenant leases, payments, and account information.
Process rental agreements, payments, and move-in/out paperwork accurately and efficiently.
Prepare reports and documentation related to facility operations, sales performance, and tenant inquiries.


Security and Safety:
Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures to safeguard the facility and tenants' belongings.

Promote a safe and secure environment for tenants and staff, conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any safety hazards.
Handling
Coordinating pick up and drop off to customers in a safe way
Wrapping and packaging client items to best practices

Candidate must have prior knowledge of warehousing,packing and professional wrapping/handling
