JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsHND / B.Sc in any related Social Science discipline.3+ years relevant similar rolesCandidates must be female for gender balanceCandidates must reside on the island or surbubs of the mainlandSalary N100,000 monthly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day to day operational and administrative dutiesManage MD's calendar and meeting schedules using prioritization skills and a high level of interpersonal refinement.Travelling and Accommodation reservationsFiling and retrieving corporate documents, records and reportsCoordinate logistics and materials for meetings and presentationsDraft memos, letters, emails, documents and other responses as directed by the MDAttend meetings, take notes, transcribe notes, derive action plans and follow up with all attendees to reinforce the meeting purpose, outcome and expected responses/actions.Serves as a primary point of contact for the administrative needs of the MDReview and process expense reports and invoicesAssist and perform ad hoc duties for the MD and other members of the executive team as necessary.Coordinates purchase orders for all executive office expensesResearch, prioritize and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the MD including those of sensitive or confidential nature.Rendering support to other teams as the need arises.Perform general office support.Perform other related duties as required.
