  • Assign office drivers/car rentals for experts and national staff logistics.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flights and hotel reservation.
  • Producing reports, distributing, and storing correspondence.
  • Manage relationship with vendors and all service providers.
  • Create and organise filing system for project communication and other confidential records.
  • Organize and co-facilitated workshops, conferences, and trainings for all work packages in the project. I am the focal person for hall and meeting room bookings, catering organisation, handled participants logistic, perdiem etc.
  • Follow up with the travel and logistics unit for international Expert visa application and invitation letter.
  • Review and manage time sheet by updating project documents online (for monitoring and calculating staff working days).
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Follow up on drivers for maintenance of official vehicle.
  • Assist the team leader in making proactive adjustment to office management policies and procedures.
  • Control and manage the usage and consumption of gas through appropriate records on car logbook.
  • Carried out any duty as assigned by the team leader.
