Our client, a reputable firm, is recruiting to fill the position of a HR
Mananger

Job Title:
HR Manager

Location:
Kano

Responsibilities

Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands,grievances or other issues
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
Support current and future business needs through the development,engagements, motivation and preservation of human capital
Maintain pay plan and benefits program
Oversee and Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies,systems, tactics anf and procedures across the organisation
Report to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Nuture a positive working environment
Ensure legal Compliance throughout human Resource management.

Requirements

A minimum of Bachelor's degree in human Resource
At least 5-8 years experience in HR
A minimum of 5years of experience in an Indian company
Experience in dealing with unionized sector
Thorough knowledge of payrolls and system
Experience in local language-Hausa
