JOB SUMMARY
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or technical certification is a plus.5-6 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or machinery industry, with a focus on solar and UPs products.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other sales and productivity tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand the customer base.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in target industries, including manufacturing, construction, automotive, and more.Understand clients' business requirements and challenges, and recommend tailored solutions to meet their needs and improve operational efficiency.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, and utilize insights to develop effective sales strategies.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert consultation on products, applications, and solutions.Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training sessions for clients to showcase products and demonstrate the value proposition.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client requirements.Provide input and feedback to product management and marketing teams on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.
