    ABOUT THE COMPANY

    SIMS Nigeria Limited - We specialize in the assembly, distribution and sales of consumer electronics from major brands such as - Samsung, Panasonic, Royal, Skyworth, Electrolux, Bosch, Philips and Powermatic.

    Our business started out in 1987 and since then we have grown to be a market leader in the home appliances & consumer electronics market in Nigeria. We operate a number of branches that cut across most of Nigeria's geopolitical zones in major cities such as Lagos, Port-Harcourt, Abuja, Onitsha, Enugu, Uyo and Kano.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees (minimum of a 2nd class) in any discipline with 0 - 3 years relevant work experience.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The ideal candidate must be analytical, proactive and result-oriented.In addition, must be trustworthy and accountable.Core ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the branch manager to assess spare parts inventory needs and generate requisitions from the central warehouse, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demands.Conduct thorough physical verification upon receipt of stock to ensure alignment with central warehouse waybills and Location Transfer Out (LTO) documents.Record all incoming goods meticulously in the Goods Receipt Register, clearly noting waybill and LTO numbers for easy reference and tracking.Perform daily manual updates of bin cards to reflect all stock movements, including goods received and issued out, ensuring accurate tracking of inventory movements.Conduct regular stock counts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, reconciling physical inventory with system records to identify and promptly address discrepancies.
