●Argued court hearings, and drafted pleadings used in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.on both defense and offense on complex legal issues and diligently secured favorable outcomes resulting in 2 Judge commendations.
●Developed case strategies in collaboration with senior management and clients, ensuring priorities were met while limiting financial strain, resulting in positive feedback.
●Manage legal documents, including correspondence, client files, court documents and conducted legal research
●Maintain schedules and calendars and coordinate travel arrangements for both clients and senior managment when necessary.
●Contributed to suggesting reforms of key areas of legislation and judicial procedure for efficient legal practice through the NBA Lagos Law Reform Group set up in 2022.
●Contributed to 2 editions of the World Bank in the Ease of Doing Business rankings.
●Dedicated 10+ hours per week to researching national laws and challenges to proposed legislation for business development.
●Prepared presentations and wrote articles for fellow attorneys in the firm on relevant changes to legislation affecting client business.
