    Description

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure bin cards are accurately updated to match with physical quantities.
    • Ensure storage under the right conditions as per the cGMP protocol
    • Implement FIFO First in First out/FEFO First expiry first out to avoid obsolete materials
    • Issuing stock reports
    • Ensure that the SOPs outlined are duly adhered to
    • Receipt and Issue of goods/materials and ensuring impeccable records are kept for of all issues and receipts transactions.
    • Ensure all relevant documents GRN, Commercial Invoice, Released Stickers, Packing list, and CoA are presented to Procurement/Finance.
    • Must maintain and promote good warehouse practices including General Hygiene, Cleaning, and Safety in the Warehouse.
    • Preparation for monthly audit of stock-taking and the financial year-end stock-taking exercise.
    • Partake in monthly and end-of-year stock count
    • Reconciliation of system figures with physical count/Bin card balances every month after stock-taking
    • Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Inventory/warehouse management
    • Demonstrated record of achievement in the prior position

    QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE

    • HND in Purchasing and Supply,
    • Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management systems
    • Highly numerical with Good Excel skills.
