Estrada International Staffing Solutions is a strategic boutique specialist recruitment consulting firm, serving clients with expertise recruitment services across all sectors ranging from Banking, Insurance, Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, FMCGs and Construction, with the aim of satisfying their recruitment needs.

JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Possession of an MBA is an advantage. Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the tobacco or consumer goods industry. Must not be more than 35 years old. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drives sales and brand awareness. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research to inform strategic decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies to promote ourproducts and increase market share. Conducts market research to identify consumer preferences, trends, and opportunities for product innovation. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and regulatory affairs to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives. Manages the marketing budget effectively, monitoring expenses and ROI to maximize profitability. Analyzes sales data and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Stays abreast of industry developments, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting the Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines governing the marketing and advertising . Builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and industry partners.
