Description

Our client, a prominent player in the Real-Estate, Construction & Industrial Goods sector, is seeking a skilled and experienced Officer. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of our company.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of accurate and timely financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Participate in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Support the Finance Manager with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement.
Manage vendor relations, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
Maintain a strong understanding of relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
Contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of the finance department.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional qualification such as ACCA/ICAN is an added advantage
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling
Proficiency in financial reporting and preparation of financial statements
Experience working with financial management systems and software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
