A results-wired Business Intelligence Specialist with more than 6 years of experience in the development and information technology sector. I possess the ability to leverage my strong academic background in finance and data analytics skills to drive strategic decision-making, increase profit, reduce costs and achieve organizational goals. Aside from my expertise in financial analysis and budgeting, I also have a strong background in project management too which equips me with the ability to oversee end-to-end business development projects in a global organisation effectively. 

I began my career in the development sector as a Finance Officer with SERAP Nigeria for over three years. During my time there, I assisted in preparing, monitoring, and analyzing variances in activity budgets, making recommendations for improvements based on my findings. I also recorded and documented financial activities related to projects that effectively promoted socio-economic rights and established a sustainable accountability system in Nigeria.

Additionally, I volunteered as a Business Development Consultant for Inspire Community Network Foundation. In this role, I conducted needs assessment surveys through partnerships with community-based organizations and their beneficiaries, identifying core issues and proposing cost-effective programs to address them.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to participate in various project activities and engage in business analyses to enhance project impact. This experience has allowed me to identify multiple barriers that have made humanitarian efforts in Nigeria challenging.

Currently, I serve as a Business Development Manager at Groveton Solutions Limited. I am actively involved in a project that leverages AI-powered Software as a Service (SaaS) to help farmers in West Africa detect plant diseases on their farms. My responsibilities include:

Successfully identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with key agricultural stakeholders, including government agencies, women and youth farmers, and agrochemical manufacturers like NEPC and AFAN.
Conducting comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses on sustainability issues, specifically assessing the impact of our agricultural practices on women and youth farmers in Nigeria. This serves as a foundation for informed project decisions and measuring social impact.
Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of quantitative research data by conducting validation tests and checks on methodologies.
Collaborating with data analysts to interpret and analyze quantitative data, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making and project strategies.
Preparing and presenting research findings to project stakeholders, including agricultural stakeholders, government agencies, and development organizations, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
Assisting in implementing new product features and enhancements based on data analysis, optimizing the project's functionalities for an enhanced user experience and improved impact assessment.
Identifying and proposing improvements to the product functionalities and methodologies, particularly concerning sustainability metrics and impact assessment.
Staying up-to-date with the latest research trends and methodologies in the field of sustainability to continuously improve and enhance the project's research approaches.

My recent education was I Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Redeemer's University form 2014 to 2018, where I also minored in Data science.
