    Zenith Technology Limited (ZTL) is an integrated IT security and infrastructure management company. A wholly indigenous company was incorporated in May 1996, ZTI specializes in delivering solutions aimed at protection and sustainability of IT infrastructure and systems across businesses, government ministry, departments & Agencies (MDAs), families, individuals and the society at large.

    ZTL software enable organisations to integrate solutions that allow for monitoring and surveillance of employee activities to prevent insider abuses and internal fraud; ensure employee productivity through bandwidth management; internet security solutions against external threat and anti-virus solution.

    In July 2014, ZTL signed a partnership agreement with Kaspersky Lab to become one of the key distributors in Nigeria. Kaspersky Lab is one of the fastest growing IT security vendors in the world. The company was founded in 1997 and today it is an international group operating in almost 200 countries and territories worldwide. It has 33 representative territory offices in 30 countries across 5 continents.

    Kaspersky Lab has a corporate client base of more than 250,000 companies located around the globe, ranging from small and medium-sized businesses all the way up to large governmental and commercial organizations. Over 300 million people worldwide are protected by Kaspersky Lab products and technologies.

    JOB SUMMARY

    Qualifications and Experience B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Economics or Finance OND with ATS or ICAN / ACCA Part qualification Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience.Set Skills: Proven experience as a mid level accountant. Excellent organizing abilities. Great attention to detail. Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen. Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software Excellent written and oral communications skills Knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting Analytical and accounting skills.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Job Description Posts and processes journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded Updates accounts receivable and issue invoices Updates accounts payable and performs reconciliations Daily review of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statement Produces error-free accounting reports and present their results Assists with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned Updates financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed Petty cash management Ensures good document management Ensure monthly statutory employee deduction and remittance Inventory management and control Prepare monthly depreciation schedule Preparation of all accounting schedule Spots errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending Participates in financial standards setting and in forecast process Prepares financial statements and produce budget according to schedule Assists with tax audits and tax returns Supports month-end and year-end close process Perform any other assigned roles.
