    JOB SUMMARY

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum of 7 years experience in marketing roles, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research techniques, and digital marketing strategies.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think creatively, innovate, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, Google Analytics, social media management tools).Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in managing teams or projects.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals and market trends. Identify target customer segments and develop strategies to reach them effectively.Manage and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging, creative campaigns, and impactful storytelling.Lead the planning and execution of new product launches, including market research, positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and website management. Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.Coordinate traditional marketing activities such as advertising, sponsorships, events, and PR initiatives to amplify brand visibility and reach.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and customer preferences.Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organization.Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenses and demonstrating ROI for marketing investments.
