RESPONSIBILITIES

Represent the company and promote its imageGuarantee compliance with Compliance rules in its activities regarding business practicesRespect the Group strategy, rules and policiesLearn about the products/services offered, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate with customers.Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and ensure their shopping experience is positive and memorable.Aid in driving sales by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and upselling where appropriatePromote the Group's products and solutions with adapted commercial offersSupport marketing campaigns and events both in-store and online, including social media promotions and email marketing effortsWork closely with other team members to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work cultureConducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors in the retail industry.Learning to manage and update sales pipelines, track leads, and follow up on opportunities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
