I have extensive Deepwater Fluids Operations Management and Engineering experience in drilling and completions and cementing fluids having worked for both National and International Operators and service providers over time. My experiences cover operational and technical management of the business with a passion for mentoring and personnel development. I have extensive Project Management Operations experience with strong bias in fluids engineering products research and development and their application in technologically evolving markets. I have also been involved in service contractor evaluation and selection for high profile projects and managing those operations to achieving client objectives. 

I am a dedicated Mud Engineer with excellent technical, analytical and communication skills demonstrated by over 33 years of industry experience. Prior to date and the aftermath of the pandemic, I was managing the Drilling / Completions Fluids and Waste Management operations for SpringRock Energy Resource Limited (the Integrated Project managers for AMNI drilling operations). I am currently involved in managing a 3-well drilling project for Matrix Energy Nigeria Limited as the drilling fluids superintendent in Lagos.
