Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field years relevant work experience. Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles, preferably in a similar industry. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Role Overview As we continue to expand, we're looking for talented individuals to join our team and drive our procurement operations to new heights. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our procurement processes and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to source high-quality products, negotiate contracts, and optimize our procurement strategies.Job Functions / Duties Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the organization's needs. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships. Review purchase requisitions and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Coordinate with internal departments to identify procurement needs and priorities. Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes. Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services and resolve any delivery issues. Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
