Developing and standardizing procedures and methods which improve the efficiency and effectiveness of engineering unit, projects, and activities. 
Assessing and monitoring workload, administrative and support systems; identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending them to the management of Garment Care.
Managing and coordinating the work plan for the assigned branch; identifying and resolving problems; monitoring work flow; and evaluating work outputs, methods, and procedures of the engineering unit.
