Assessing and monitoring workload, administrative and support systems; identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending them to the management of Garment Care.

Ensuring Service Level Agreements exist with all suppliers and service providers.
Monitoring changes in regulations and technology that may affect operations; implementing policy and procedural changes after approval.
Investigating, and responding to problems and complaints in a professional manner; reporting findings and taking necessary corrective action.
Resolving HSE issues in the organization and liaising with government agencies on HSE matters.
