Post graduation, my wealth of experience has been in both governmental and private organizations as senior Pharmacist regional sales manager & sales development manager. This combined experience is what i  would like to bring to bear in the management, development and implementation of strategic goals of your organization to achieve the desired organizational objectives.
A pharmacist, business developer, business manager, customer relationship manager, highly stimulated, goal oriented, dynamic sales and marketing professional ,key account manager with good interpersonal communication and project management skills ready to give the best of ability and resources to create in any national and multinational organization.
I hold a Bachelor of pharmacy degree with trainings on logistics and inventory management ,sales effectiveness and redistribution network management, field sales management and varieties of leadership training such as situational leadership, coaching skills, communicate like a leader, time management etc to further improve my competencies and enhance productivity.
Am currently executing MBA program at CDel of UNN Nsukka to further improve my skills and development.
On a successful sojourn with a multinational company Ranbaxy Nig Ltd as medical sales representative with a coverage of two states in South-South of Nigeria between 2007-2010, I was elevated as Area Sales Manager in South-South region in 2011 and was drafted as regional manager in 2013 when there was need to remodel North Central and North west region of Nigeria  and after stabilizing the area, I was relocated to the south east and south-south region as Regional sales manager with SUN PHARMA with combined role of sales and marketing  in trade and institution/key account management. I was further elevated as Sales development manager by the multinational firm with the responsibility of developing growth strategies & plans to researching business opportunities & viable income streams saddled with responsibility to supervise three(3) regional managers & fifteen medical sales representatives in south south & south eastern Nigeria encompassing eleven(11) states.
My key responsibilities are amongst others sales action plan, identifying & napping business strengths & customer needs, following industry trends locally & internationally, reporting on successes & areas needing improvements, writing business proposals, Managing & retaining relationships with existing customers, increasing customers base, negotiating with stakeholders, monitoring of performance metrics, sales management, coordinate proper utilization of promotional materials, stakeholder management, building positive and professional relationships with customers, market access, market intelligence, market strategy, identifying and developing new market opportunities, people development, key account management, product launch and conduction of professional group meetings with KOLs.
I can work under pressure and deliver tasks within timelines. I am a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills. I have worked within multi- ethnic, multi-cultural , multinational settings. I have good proficiency in Microsoft office package.
These professional knowledge , experience and competencies  had prepared me to function effectively and efficiently as a team leader and has positioned me to work in any part of Nigeria and perhaps any part of the world.
In my role as regional sales manager, I got awards for outstanding sales performance in two successive financial years of 2016-17 and 2017-18 with sales budget achievement of 100% with double digits growth. New product in urology, anti-hypertensives, antidiabetics and anti- infective agents were  successfully launch
ed and brands established in the market as leaders in their segments.
I will foster greater partnership with KOLs, procurement officers, CMD, CMAC, bulk store pharmacists, HOD pharmacists, DRF accountants of multinational and governmental institutions and sustain existing relationship with trade distributors and create and develop new viable key distributors within my coverage  and ensure product visibility in trade and retail outlets  for improved business opportunities and expand the company's share in key account and trade business  for a positive growth. Strategic marketing plans shall be my priority for the increase in sales growth of the firm to achieve the desired organizational objectives.
If engaged, i will strive to introduce the firm's products and services in the wider market and identify product developments and gather data on competitors activities in the regions and analyse and recommend innovative ideas to be ahead of competitors brands to increase market shares and be leaders in various therapeutic segments.I will maintain and develop customer relationship as well as actively develop successful business and establish networks with pharmaceutical associations and customers and identify new sales leads to optimize organizational growth.
