- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to operations, safety, and environmental protection.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years as an Operation Manager in the Manufacturing industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in project management, including planning and resource management.
- Strong leadership and team management, fostering collaboration among team members.
- Crucial stakeholder engagement, involving effective communication with various stakeholders.
