- As the Head of Field Enforcement and Surveillance, you will lead a team responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with regulatory standards, security protocols, or operational guidelines in various field settings.

- Develop and implement strategic plans for field operations and surveillance activities.
- Collaborate with senior management to align strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
- Forecast resource needs and budget requirements for field enforcement and surveillance operations.
- Oversee monitoring activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Develop and update enforcement procedures and protocols based on industry best practices.
- Investigate incidents of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions.
- Design and implement surveillance strategies to gather intelligence and detect potential threats or risks.
- Utilize advanced surveillance technologies and techniques for effective monitoring.
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies or external partners for complex surveillance operations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing surveillance findings, enforcement actions, and operational outcomes.
- Analyze data and surveillance results to identify trends, weaknesses, or areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management or regulatory authorities.
- Assess risks associated with field operations and surveillance activities.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential threats or emergencies.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and ethical standards during enforcement operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security Management, or a related field. Advanced Degree preferred.
- Proven experience 5+ years in law enforcement, regulatory compliance, or security operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of surveillance techniques, technologies, and legal frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
- Proficiency in risk assessment, crisis management, and incident response protocols.
- Relevant certifications e.g., Certified Protection Professional CPP, Certified Fraud Examiner CFE preferred.
