    JOB SUMMARY

    Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team and oversee the smooth operation of our restaurant during assigned shifts. The Shift Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service, that our team members are performing their duties effectively, and that all operational standards are upheld. If you have a passion for hospitality and leadership, we want to hear from youDuties Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during assigned shifts. Provide guidance, direction, and support to team members to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities. Delegate tasks and monitor their completion to maintain efficient operations. Motivate and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service. Customer Service: Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that guests receive prompt service and have a positive dining experience. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues as needed. Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards. Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards. Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and ensure equipment is in working order. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. Training and Development: Train new team members on job duties, policies, and procedures. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to help team members improve their performance. Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development among staff. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with management, fellow supervisors, and team members to ensure a cohesive work environment. Relay important information, such as menu changes or special promotions, to staff members. Collaborate with other supervisors and management to address operational challenges and implement improvements.
