    JOB SUMMARY

    Minimum Experience, Skills & Knowledge Minimum of 10-15 years in manufacturing Pasta Plant (FAVA /PAWAN Machine) Qualification: B.Eng/Food Technology

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Description We are seeking a highly experienced Production In-charge/ Senior Supervisor who would play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the Long Pasta plant.Duties Knowledge of production plans & procedures, maintain and develop the plans and targets to achieve annual improvements based on the company's overall goals. Ensures the Quality system is established, implemented and maintained to the current quality program standards. Identifying strengths and weaknesses in order to build and develop skill sets of employees. Proper understanding of GMP and HSE Integrity and Transparency Highly motivated individual with efficient communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team Good Interpersonal skills. Analyze shift results and implement any necessary changes to increase productivity. Ensures that quality standards are implemented and adhered to. Monitors operational efficiencies recommends and implements corrective action to improve operational efficiencies. Identifies causes and costs of waste, contamination and inefficiencies and takes appropriate action. Monitor and ensure adherence to company stands and SOPs
