    JOB SUMMARY

    RequirementsBachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or other related field, or equivalent work experience and educationExcellent organization skills1+ year experience as a recruiterAble to listen and follow instructionsAble to effectively manage own workload and time to maximize outputExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExperience using a CRM or ATS system would be an advantageForward-thinking attitude with the ability to meet and exceed targetsExperienced with working towards targets and deadlinesGood knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook, and ExcelGeneral knowledge of HR best practices would be an advantageGood problem solving abilitiesExcellent attention to detailAble to work effectively as part of a team to achieve a common goal.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Work with the recruitment team and take instructions from them regarding open vacancies.Actively listen to role requirements and make notes about those requirements to find suitable candidates for the role.Assist with the development and writing of job descriptions.Learn and navigate job advertising websites and actively post open vacancies on them.Work with the recruiters and managers to screen resumes and learn how to identify good candidates.Work effectively as part of a team.Complete administrative tasks as required such as, obtaining references from previous employers, obtaining background checks and paperwork such as work status from applicants.Learn to use and navigate the CRM/ATS systems and enter candidate data into those systems and ensure it is kept up to date and current.Sit in on interviews and make notes on interview techniques and tips to conduct effective interviews.Complete initial phone screening of candidates.Organize interviews with candidates.Send out any required documentation or requests to candidates as instructed by the team.Attend sales and customer service training as required and shadow consultants on client meetings.Implement and maintain an effective filing system.
