    JOB SUMMARY

    RequirementsWe would love to meet you if you have: Strong written and oral communication skills Critical eye for detail Positive attitude The ability to multitask effectively Excellent time management, task planning and prioritization skills The ability to adapt quickly to changing client requirements The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Enjoy working in a self-teaching, learning organization Ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.These are some of the nitty-gritty things you may have listed on your CV/LinkedIn profile but certainly do not define who you are: A Bachelor's Degree Valid PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) CSM Scrum Master Certification (Preferred) Change management certification (preferred) 8-10 years of managing large-scale, complex projects in a client facing complex environments in the space of Finance Technology (Preferred years of Project Management experience, including Program Management experience Demonstrated success establishing and maintaining Executive-level relationships and managing expectations appropriately. Excellent oral, written and presentation skills Experience with MS Project Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint especially) Use of Confluence and OneDrive for documentations

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    As a Solutions Delivery Manager, your job responsibilities include the following: Ensuring the effective delivery of project activities, within approved scope, schedule, and budget, while ensuring client satisfaction. Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships, including promoting client collaboration on the resolution of any disputes or issues that arise during the project. Facilitating the definition of clear and attainable project objectives. Managing project financials and budget to ensure expected project margin / profitability is met. Maintain the healthy management of your project by mitigating risks and defining resolution plans for addressing issues. Assisting in the preparation of proposals in conjunction with sales and delivery as required. Developing detailed statements of work, estimates and work schedules. Mentoring team members and contract Project Managers Provides strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor. Influences and negotiates to achieve business objectives. Monitors and tracks performance and addresses any issues. Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards, creates proper documentation Directs medium complexity initiatives typically involving 5-10 business units. Exercises direct accountability for projects with up to 15 team members. Provides guidance to the project sponsor on the implementation and sustainment of projects, resulting in successful project outcomes. Manages all aspects of the project lifecycle, including business, operational and technology deliverables. Ensures all project processes are completed. Executes project requirements in governance frameworks focused on risk appetite, regulatory and compliance standards. Provides project sponsor with advice on the viability of the business case (costs, benefits, KPIs, etc.) throughout the project. Understands project interdependencies and demonstrates critical thinking that proactively identifies project risks and establishes effective risk mitigation from the outset.
