    Responsibilities

    • Maintaining financial records.
    • Managing accounts payable and receivable.
    • Verifying invoices.
    • Reconciling accounts with the general ledger.
    • Communicating with clients regarding transactions and invoices.
    • Addressing inquiries concerning accounts.

    Requirements

    • Must have knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
    • Proven work experience as an Account Officer.
    • Demonstrated track record in the role of an Account Officer.
    • Capable of effectively collaborating within a team environment.
    • Proficient in utilizing MS Excel and QuickBooks.
    • Possess strong analytical abilities.
    • Exhibit robust interpersonal skills.
    • Must exhibit Advanced Packaging Tool apt technology
    • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
    • Report writing skills.
    • Business Etiquette
    • Achieve excellent customer service skills.
    • Must have strong communication skills.
