Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of potential clients in the B2B sector.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.

Provide regular reports on sales activities, challenges, and successes to the management team.
Uphold the company's reputation and values while representing it in a professional and positive manner.

Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
Familiarity with the products/services offered and the ability to articulate their value proposition.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer needs in the B2B sector.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
