JOB SUMMARY
Bachelor's Degree (Minimum of Second Class Lower) / HND (Minimum Lower Credit minimum) in any discipline.3 - 4 years experience in bank or non-bank financial institution in a marketing role.Skills:Good understanding of Lagos Retail Market structure in line with the company's businessPossess strong selling skillsGood writing and oral communication skillsMust be a team playerMust be computer literateStrong problem solving and follow up skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Grow the loan portfolio by promoting and selling the company's loan productsWork closely with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions that will add value to the customer's business.Build and maintain clients' relationships.Identify potential business opportunities/clients through market research, networking and referrals.Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers.Prepare accurate and complete credit applications, ensuring all necessary documentations are provided and verifiedFollow up on credit requests to ensure approvals are obtained within approved timeline set by managementMonitoring market trends and providing feedback on products and solutions to management for review and action.Present weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as may be required by management.Any other duty as may be assigned by the Head, Credit Department, Management and BoardAchieve agreed financials targets (assets and liabilities generation) on a monthly basis.
