    JOB SUMMARY

    QualificationsMinimum of 2 years Field Recovery experienceInterpersonal and Customer Service SkillsCompetent Analytical SkillsKnowledge of financial and non-financial agreement processesExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work both independently and in a teamExperience in the banking or microfinance industry is a plus.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    The Recovery Officer role is a temporary hybrid role located in Abuja. The Recovery Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the loan recovery process.The role will require the Officer to liaise with clients who have defaulted on their loans or payments and work collaboratively with clients to find solutions.The responsibilities will also involve working with internal departments within Renmoney to build appropriate strategies.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    Conflict and complaint resolution, Bookkeeping, Compliance, Credit handling, Operative planning, Risk analysis

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    Bachelor's degree
