    JOB SUMMARY

    RequirementsInterested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant fieldMinimum of 8 years experience in relevant fieldProven work experience as a Production Manager in the construction industry preferably.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Managing manufacturing processes and looking at inputs to achieve outputsCreating and maintaining work schedules and budgetsMonitoring production to find ways to improve efficiency and operationsCommunicating effectively with staff, stakeholders, suppliers, and customersManage safety and quality controlManage a production teamIdentify, evaluate, and resolve any problems with manufacturing or staffing.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    Performance monitoring and evaluation, Quality management, Capacity planning, Quality control and supervision, Packaging and shipping, Safety systems

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    Bachelor's degree
