JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspection of all formwork and Reinforcement steelwork as per standard. Conducting material inspections for all Construction items delivered at the site. Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are Up to-date. Preparing daily, Weekly & and monthly progress reports for the work done in the quality control section. Conduct training programs at the site for the development and improvement of workmanship thereby achieving better productivity. Preparing and reviewing work method statements, inspection test plans and checklists as per specifications, international standards and code of practice. Conducting regular inspections and tests on materials, workmanship, and construction processes to identify defects, deviations from specifications, and areas for improvement. Maintaining comprehensive documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance records, to track project progress and compliance. Identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues promptly, collaborating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues effectively. Providing training and guidance to project team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to promote a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement. Communicating with all stakeholders regarding quality-related matters, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring alignment with management's expectations. Daily field inspection of construction operations to ensure compliance with approved Project Design, Drawings, specifications, and approved Project Quality Plans
