About PATRICK AHISU:

I am highly skilled in providing sales, onboarding, and customer support to clients by selling, training products, contract support, answering questions, making recommendations, onboarding, and much more. My solid background in sales, onboarding, and customer support has allowed me to work in a cross-functional team and hone my customer service skills.

As a customer success/sales and onboarding, training professional, I can recognize, understand, and manage my own emotions, as well as those of the customers with whom I am interacting and my team. I have learned the innate ability to connect with other people and build relationships. The capability to control impulses, handle stress, suspend judgment, and think before acting. And also, a high level of empathy, which is the ability to understand another person’s emotional reactions.

Experience

I am currently holding a position as a Sales and Onboarding Executive (Lead) with Moove International Organization for 2 years running. Alongside a 1-year experience as a Sales Assistant before now.

In my current position, I have;

  • Lead and supervise a team of 14 by maintaining a positive work ethic and commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Improve operations efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Dealt with and resolved several customer issues, and compliance violations, thereby maintaining the company's standard and business goals.
  • Worked with team/leads to resolve client issues, products, and services via JIRA services, Fresh Desk, and Slack.
  • Provision of pre/post-onboarding support, and database management with the use of a CRM system, and keeping track of all internal products offered.
  • Coordinate and conduct product training onboarding, contract support, compliance process, and additional services that are relevant to client needs and requests for specific areas using prepared content in collaboration with external bodies.
  • Worked with a group of sales, customer success executives, and team leads focused on client services to ensure adherence to the internal code of conduct.
  • Strong team orientation with a willingness and preparedness to share and seek information, knowledge, and support.

Education

I am a graduate with a Bachelor's degree of Science in Geography and Planning Science from Ekiti State University.
