    JOB SUMMARY

    Requirements Bachelor's Degree / HND in any discipline 2 to 5 years similar work experience Must have excellent negotiating skills Must have excellent communication and people skills Must have relationship management skillsSkills and Behavior: Ability to appraise and use IT packages and electronic communication methods. An analytic mind and good numeracy skills. Excellent geographical knowledge. Good people management and coordination skills. Excellent financial acumen. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Extensive knowledge of the transportation industry. Good intuition to make crucial judgment calls.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Job Summary The Management Information System (MIS) Officer prepares and present central reports on the whole fleets for daily operations meeting and deliberations. The management Information system (MIS) officer is the custodian of information of the fleets.Key Duties and Duties Prepare/compute operations dashboard on daily basis and present for daily operations meeting Daily monitoring of performance for the fleets base on Turn Around Time (TAT) Daily highlight of operational and non-operational trend Daily presentation of plant dispatch viz as viz tipper dispatch Analysis of control reports on daily basis for fleets consumption Others operation assignments as need arises.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    Reporting, Document and archive management, Word processing and office software, Data collection, Project management information systems

    REQUIRED EDUCATION

    Bachelor's degree
