Business Analyst/ Senior IT Manager at Grandma Alice Laboratories, Ketu February 2019 — Present 

I am responsible for building a team that made the company database and website. I am the head of all things IT in the company including managing the inventory of the raw materials and packaging products. 

Warranty Cost Analyst at Magna Powertrain, Troy January 2016 — December 2018 

I was a warranty cost analyst in charge of 5 OEMs ( Ford SD, Volkswagen, BMW, Mercedes, and Chrysler). The job required me to go through thousands of claims sent to the warranty department and determine if my company was liable or the OEM product was defective. I wrote a VBA code to help integrate the claims we receive with MS Excel files to automate the claims, this helps to sort out the liable party automatically. 

IT Analyst at Blue Chip Endeavors, Southfield July 2015 — November 2015 

Worked as the main Information technology analyst, solving hardware and software problems that occurred. Came up with an MS Excel format that helped categorize sales and leads in the company. 

Website Designer at Firefly Lake, Southfield February 2012 — June 2014 

I worked as a part-time web designer while I was in Graduate school to create, update and modify web pages for different clients and companies. 

I got my Bachelor from Lawrence Technological University with a dual major in Computer Science and Engineering Technology
