▪︎ Identification and Acquisition of sites for development of base station and Backbone sites, which involves direct negotiations with Land owners .

▪︎  Conducting of Technical Site Survey for BTS and Backbone Sites with RF,TX and Civil Engineers to make sure they meet all Regulatory Standards(NCC,NESREA,NCAA,Town Planning etc)

▪︎  Supervision of Site Acquisition personal

▪︎ Liaising with Host Communities in case of any misunderstanding

▪︎  Update of database of all acquired sites, keeping track of those under acquisition and renewals of all sites.

▪︎  Renewals of Expired lease period of sites

▪︎ Obtain Landlords consent for Colocation of Sites
