  • Handles recruitment and selection as well as exit process.
  • Manage compensation and benefits plan. 
  • Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 
  • Assess training needs of employees and monitor training programs. 
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  •  Ensure compliance with Nigeria labour laws as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Design and implement HR strategies and initiatives to align with the company business objectives.
  • Develop, review and implement HR Policies. 
  • Ensure office maintenance. 
  • Maintain the company's vehicles.
  • Handles general procurements.
  • Work with the company's external Solicitors and ensure up to date regulatory filings. 
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. 
  • Perform any other task assigned by the Management.
