JOB SUMMARY

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Science, Information Technology, Electrical Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related field from reputable higher institution (or equivalent practical experience). Candidate MUST have CCNA. Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, subnetting, VPN). Basic knowledge of network equipment and technologies, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks. Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools (e.g., Wireshark, SNMP, ICMP). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve network issues. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.Age Bracket: 22 – 28 years of age.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description As a Graduate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop the necessary skills to become a proficient network engineer. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about networking and eager to kick-start their career in the field. You will work closely with experienced network engineers and receive hands-on training to gain practical knowledge and experience in network design, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Duties Assist in the design and implementation of network infrastructure based on project requirements. Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Collaborate with senior network engineers to troubleshoot and resolve network issues. Perform network monitoring and analysis to ensure optimal network performance and availability. Assist in the development and maintenance of network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures. Participate in network security activities, such as implementing and monitoring access controls and security measures. Learn and apply industry best practices and standards for network design, configuration, and management. Keep up-to-date with emerging network technologies and trends to contribute to the continuous improvement of network infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as system administrators and application developers, to ensure seamless integration of network services. Follow established protocols and procedures for change management, incident management, and problem resolution. Actively participate in training programs and certifications to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
