- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients keeping them informed of project status and managing expectations.
- Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure team members are aligned on project objectives.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plan ensuring the successful execution of software development.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional team to define project scope, prioritize goals and deliverables.
- Work with other business leaders to develop the project statement of work (SOW)
- Allocate resources and manage project budgets to ensure optimal efficiency and costeffectiveness.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of highquality software.
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Draft new and improve existing project management policies and processes.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address challenges proactively.
- Monitor and report project progress, ensuring that milestones are met on time.
- Evaluate projects to ensure that they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets and meet deadlines.
- Document the project's creation development and execution as well as the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- Proven working experience as a project management officer.
- Strong leadership skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details and technicalities
- Excellent organizational and technical abilities
- Good interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a project management officer
- Excellent written skills in English Language.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Basic familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in project management or any related course
- Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division
- Project Management Certifications
- 3 years of related work experience
