- The Head of Credit and Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing credit policies, managing credit risk, and driving marketing strategies to promote our financial products and services.
- Market microloans and SME products.
- Mobilize deposits and manage deposit-related activities.
- Coordinate and oversee marketing activities across branches.
- Evaluate client creditworthiness using the 5 Cs of credit.
- Report directly to the CEO.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- At least 4 years of experience in Marketing and Credit within a financial institution, including prior departmental leadership.
- Proven track record as a Head of Marketing and Credit.
- Sales and marketing experience is essential.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in computer usage and internet savvy.
- Demonstrated people management skills.
