I am a self-motivated Statistician with developed competence in Data Analysis and a combination of Health Informatics and Monitoring & Evaluation. I also conduct qualitative and quantitative research, data collection, and primary data analysis. As a trained statistician I have skills in troubleshooting and resolving issues relating to NMRS/LAMIS synchronization with the National Data Repository (NDR), Using QGIS for cluster mapping and visualization as well as Power BI for analysis and dashboard creation, Epi Info, and open Data kit (ODK) for data collection and applying of statistical methods in biological/health sciences for organizational use. I have received commendations for exceptional leadership roles, based on demonstrated success, in taking calculated risks, executing strategy, and identifying growth opportunities. Job Summary:

I am responsible for all data reporting-related activities of the site programs in line with reporting requirements. This includes implementing M&E framework, maintenance of monitoring data collections systems at site, I also contribute to the design and assist the M&E Manager in conducting program assessments and evaluations to promote a culture of evidence-based decision making.

Responsibility and Achievements

Responsible for the implementation of monitoring and Evaluation activities in the field, Support the development and strengthening of AHF Nigeria Monitoring and Evaluation Systems, Manage and Update site level database and ensure timely reports to the country office, Ensure correct use of M&E tools at the site and outpost and logistics of tools, Provide mentoring out-post facility and CBO's to ensure that the data entered into the facility database are accurate, consistent and according to standard operating procedures, Ensure data are reported according to the approved dataflow and timelines and attend to any other duties assigned, Ensure all data are fed into OpenMRS, webPPR, Site database and state DHIS, Daily entry of records into the OpenMRS for effective storage and backup for effective monitoring and assessing the performance of client’s health and program at site level, Monitor the sites’ programs in the collection, analysis, reporting and use of output data for program improvement at site level, Supervise site level data reporting cycle to ensure high quality and complete data are sent to the country office on a periodic basis, or when required, Support Routine Data Validation in assigned facilities, Mentor and Supervised Health Facility staff on proper documentation and reporting, Supported all Routine Outreach(Support-Group) activities for PLHIV in the community, Strengthen Proper Documentation, Archiving of all M&E tools in the assigned facilities, Enrolling of positive clients on the EMR (NMRS), Ensure availability of all required and reportable Data, Triangulation of Enrolment Registers, ART Registers, Presumptive TB screening Register with Data on the EMR, Entering of Pharmacy Care Card updates of new and returning client on the EMR, Entering of Sample collection files of patients on EMR, Dailygeneration of line list and upload, Establish and strengthen mechanisms for routine tracking and assessment of KPI outcomes, Assist community HTS entry on the NMRS and Performs other duties as assigned.
