    JOB SUMMARY

    Education and QualificationsCandidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree in Social Sciences or HumanitiesRelevant experience within the Education sectorExperience working in a Customer Service roleMinimum of 5 years working experience in managing students preferably in the higher education industry/at a business schoolExcellent administrative and organisational skillsProfessional telephone manner combined with a high level of spoken and written EnglishExcellent team player with the ability to negotiate and compromise whilst taking into account the views of othersAccuracy, attention to detail and a methodical approachAbility to multi-task and deliver against a number of prioritiesGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office packagesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyA kind, empathetic, open-minded individual who has a deep-seated respect for all peopleAn individual who will enthusiastically communicate the school's values, mission, programs, and educational philosophy Ability to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
