    Hobark International Limited (HIL) is the parent company of the Hobark Group operating in the Oil and Gas Industry. Incorporated in 1998, the company started out as a staffing agency which supplied skilled personnel to the Oil and Gas Industry within Nigeria.

    Growth and expansion led to diversification in a variety of services and the construction of offices in Port-Harcourt (Nigeria), Benin (Nigeria), Lagos (Nigeria), Houston (USA), London (UK), Calgary (Canada), Abidjan (Cote D'Ivoire), Libreville (Gabon) and Pointe-Noire (Congo). The corporate headquarters is located in Victoria Island, Lagos (Nigeria).

    The subsidiaries that make up the Hobark Group offer a broad spectrum of services and expertise, and together offer Integrated Oilfield Solutions.

    JOB SUMMARY

    A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Shipping, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (MBA or relevant master's degree) is an advantage.10 – 12 years cognate experience, 5 of which must have been in a management position in oil and gas or a similar organization.Evidence of industry/sector participationThe ideal candidate for this position must be analytical, well organized, and possess excellent communication skills. They should be comfortable with managing paperwork and utilizing information systems. A strong understanding of shipping and receiving procedures is also crucial.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Analyses production reports and weekly production plan, raising issues that would impact the achievement of the organization's production figures.Recommends and assists in implementing operating procedures and promotes continual improvement within the department and the company.Manages and ensures all commercial issues are captured in Sales and Purchase agreements - Crude Oil Handling Agreement (CHA), Crude Oil Transportation Agreement (CTA), Crude Swap Contract (SWC) and Gas Sales Aggregation Agreement (GSAA)Build relationships with existing and new off takers, terminal operators, cluster members, identifying their current and future needs.Coordinate crude oil export monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation meetings with NNPC, DPR, others.
