    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Job ObjectivesA Brief overview of the role: The Sales Operations Executive has a key role in driving the development, testing, and roll out of sales productivity tools to the sales teams, working closely with the teams to identify opportunities to improve productivity and time in front of trade.Job Duties / Duties / Accountabilities Ensure Compliance of the sales team with the sales processes Organize Training for New Starts and Onboarding into the Bulk Team Providing Support to the sales team in terms of Providing Visibility on Inventory Availability; Daily spool inventory and send to sales Staff. Driving category relationships with Category Managers and the Sales Team Ensure Proper Reporting of the Sales Team Ensure the Customer Database of the Team is updated for Proper follow-up: Keep a record of the Customer Database, Monitor and Track in active and Inactive Customers. Ensure that the Logistics and Supply Chain Operation is effective based on the turnaround time scheduled. Work with Product Managers to restock on SKUs low in qty. Payment: Track-POD and Credit Exposure and Payment ensure sales staff Reconcile with Finance Ensure all regional Managers send their Market Intelligence and Regional Sales Requests for the MonthWorking Relationship:Internal: SVP, Business Head- Bulk, Bulk Team, Category managers, Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, and to all Konga staff when the need arisesExternal: All Konga staffKey Performance Indicators: Near zero incidence of customer complaint/negative. Near zero incidence of untimely response to an escalation
