Hospitality is more than a profession to me. It’s an instinct, a calling, and a craft I’ve honed through years of immersive leadership, service innovation, and relentless passion for people. I am the Co-Founder of OIC Partners, a hospitality consulting firm redefining the standards of guest experience and operational excellence across Africa’s growing hospitality landscape.
Previously, I served as the Group Head of Operations at 355 Group, where I provided strategic oversight to five dynamic outlets—including restaurants, a boutique hotel, and a social house—across Lagos, Abuja, and Ghana. My role centered on aligning operations with brand vision, maximizing performance indicators like ADR and RevPAR, optimizing cost structures, monitoring their cash flow, spending habit and driving guest loyalty through innovation and team empowerment.
Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for blending luxury hospitality with technology-driven efficiency. From menu engineering and service recovery to training systems and preventive maintenance, I specialize in transforming routine operations into intentional, guest-centered experiences. I hold an Opera Certification from Oracle Hospitality Systems and bring hands-on proficiency in systems like Hotelman, Bento Africa, SAGE 50, Symphony, QuickBooks, Cranesoft, wincloud, Lupia, among others.
I am also an active member of Hotel Managers Conference Africa (HMC) and the Hospitality and Tourism Management Association of Nigeria (HATMAN), and I’ve received leadership training from the prestigious National Institute of Hospitality and Tourism (NIHOTOUR).
