JOB SUMMARY
Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or transportation industry. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel as needed. Knowledge of tricycles (3-Wheel) or similar vehicles is an advantage.Preferred Qualities: Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for continuous improvement. Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs. Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary As a Tricycles (3W) Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling tricycles to potential customers. You will play a crucial role in identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong understanding of the tricycle market.Duties Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the tricycle (3W) models, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries. Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and advantages of tricycles (3W), persuading potential customers to make a purchase. Quotations and Proposals: Prepare accurate and competitive price quotations and proposals for customers, ensuring timely follow-up to secure sales. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth and adaptation. Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sale and contracts with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Order Processing: Manage the sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination with internal departments and logistics partners. Customer Support: Provide after-sales support by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction to foster long-term relationships. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
